Here is some Werewolf: the Apocalypse material that I hope you'll enjoy. The game line has been retired, but us fans ain't going nowhere. I update the page pretty regularly, so please return often.
Debased: Evolution: Decades ago, nameless Garou performed a forbidden rite, creating crippled offspring through common dogs. Since then, what have come to be known as the Debased have spread through the World of Darkness, surviving and adapting... and evolving. On their own, feral mongrels have become tougher and more numerous than the Garou can manage. Founded by Garou manipulators, a mock tribe of mutts and outcast Garou somehow becomes a true tribe, and now the Vanguard of Sirius struggle against both forces of the Wyrm and the Garou they once idolized. And finally, Pentex has created Debased super-soldiers known as Company Dogs to unleash upon the world.
Four netbooks are available for download here, along with web page resources, an array of character sheets and even a FAQ.
Fu Chun: the Children of Ki-rin: In the wake of the War of Shame, immigrant Garou and Simba merged into a single unified tribe, forged by strife and inspired by omens. Though they helped build the Beast Courts, the Children of Ki-rin are oddities condemned to remain outside of it. But the facade of unity has cracks, and long-suppressed Rage manifests. No longer are the Fu Chun content to ask other hengeyokai for acceptance... now they demand recognition, and are willing to spill blood for it.
The Gana: Forgotten casualties of the Garou's War of Rage and others' persecution, the enigmatic Elephant Shifters sought to guide Gaia's children along their divinely ordained paths. Their imposition was unappreciated, and one missed their passing... though the legacies of their extinction are lack of purpose, confusion and apathy among the Changing Breeds. But are all the Elephants' secrets, and their very memory, gone forever?
Laws of the Wild: A list of house rules for my Werewolf chronicles, including alternate character generation guidelines, Delirium tweaks, and special rules for alternate forms.
Natural Selection: Some new Merits and Flaws for Garou and other Shifters, including Cusp Birth, Fertile, Spirit-Kin and Diluted Blood.
Pryoi: Aspects of the Bastet: An in-depth exploration of the Pryoi (Day, Twilight and Night) that influence and guide catkind. Includes optional rules, including special Bastet Merits and Flaws.
Rage Revisited: Some ideas for alternate Rage rules in Werewolf games, including Virtue rolls and using Rage without actually having to spend it. This page has been recently reformatted, and the systems have been cleaned up, for game balance and clarity (so read it again even if you have before).
Ritual: A modest selection of new rites for Garou and Bastet.
Shadow Craft: An exploration of sorcery among the Uktena, Bastet and other Shifters who uses it, the strange secrets they access, and price they pay for their arcane knowledge.
Spirit Guides: A small collection of totems and jamak for use by player characters and their antagonists.
The McLeoud: The shameful fruit of Garou that have molested unwitting sheep, the McLeoud weresheep have dark and fluffy surprises in store for their parents. (Lowbrow humor at its worst.)
Werewolf Links
Freak: I maintain little of value can come out of Freak Legion: a Players Guide to Fomori. It was the instruction manual for gumbies and those that didn't "get" Werewolf but still wanted to play the game and kill shit without consequences or having to roleplay. How in the hell could this ever have made it to the printers...?
These excellent Flash films may cause me to reconsider my hardline stance. Freak is the story of John Kravitch, a FBI agent turned into a fomor by Pentex. This drama unfolds in two parts, Episode 1 (Prelude) and Episode 2. I can't recommend these films enough; they capture the feel, look and ambient horror of the World of Darkness wonderfully. Great job Evil-Dog, whoever the hell you are...
The Middle Forms: Not of Nature: A thoughtful description and discussion of the "'tween" forms of the Garou: Glabro, Crinos and Hispo. Definitely worth a read (especially if you're one of those many that are inclined to overlook or misrepresent the underrated Hispo).
Learn Your Auspice: Not really a Werewolf page, but it's still very useful. Enter a past (or future) date, and learn the moon phase that was (or will be) in the sky at that time. Useful to determining what auspice your character is -- or you are, for that matter. (I'm a Ragabash, myself, big surprise there.). Being able to realistically track moon phases for your games is cool too.
